Many choosing an "urban" lifestyle in downtown and midtown Omaha still feel the need to own a car from the lack of public transportation. Improved transit will drive the numerous parking lots in our downtown to become developed in turn creating a more lively and exciting area. Not to mention the added density will only promote more transit riders and more development. Density breeds density.
