Too many of the current routes start/end downtown. I live in midtown and need to get west for work. Run routes east/west and north/south with transfer connections at intersections and timed to minimize waiting.

Take the dodge street route all the way to Elkhorn. maybe get some of the shopping areas to allow commuter parking in part of their lot for those who live west and work downtown.
