In every project there needs to be a starting point and it can be expanded to capture more needs as demand grows or funding is available. The starting point should focus on the central corridor to connect key areas on Omaha. A downtown to midtown connection will stimulate growth in this dead zone between the two defined areas. Start with connection to NODO/Downtown/T off to Creighton on 24th/UNMC/UNO & expand from there.
