I think this is part of the reason why a lot of people don't even think to try the bus - they just don't know where they want to go. For example if someone needs to go to Creighton University Med Center, they would have to find the timepoint near that place, which is 30 & Cuming. Metro schedules should include timepoints for the major destinations along the route. Here's an example using route 30: Riverfront - 8 & Farnam Old Market - 13 & Farnam 16 Street mall - 16 & Farnam Joslyn Museum - 24 & Dodge Midtown Crossing - 30 & Dodge Creighton University - 30 & California Adams Park - 30 & Bedford North Omaha TC - 30 & Ames MCC Fort Omaha - 30 & Fort Miller Park - 30 & Curtis 30 & Martin Florence - 30 & State 31 & Ferry I think including destinations on schedules instead of just intersections will give people a much better idea of where they're going.
